Gwen and I have been friends since junior high. She moved to West Virginia in high school, but we’ve made sure to stay in touch. When she contacted me about an engagement and family session while she was up visiting with family, I happily obliged! Here’s a preview from their shoot:
Hillary is one of my really good friends and I was ecstatic to take some photos of her and her cute six-month bump. She’s a city girl from Seattle, so I knew I wanted to take her someplace that reflected her personality. I was thinking brick, graffiti, iron, alleys, old churches…and that’s just what we found.
I love this family! Every member their own variety of spunky and sweet. Julia is a crafter/organization extraordinaire! (Check out some of her brilliant ideas here: http://sweetserendipity23.blogspot.com/ ). They found this urban location that I’d never used before (we even got to use the fire escape)! It made for some cool pictures.
These sweet girls were easy-peasy to photograph. Total model material and hearts of gold, too! Cat has started up her own small business knitting these gorgeous cowl scarves. Check out her Etsy site!: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Proverbs31xo
